New Reporting System

Stephen Spencer, Senior Partner of Publicity South West, today announced the launch of a new reporting system for the distribution of leaflets and posters. Our customers have been asking for increased accountability in this regard for some time now, and this new system of reporting will put them well and truly in the picture.

Rather than relying on percentage information, based on unknown values, our new system will give both detailed and at-a-glance breakdowns of the year’s distribution. This has become possible due to the concerted efforts of our I.T. Manager, Jim Flanders.

We are now in a position to supply not only a complete list of addresses delivered to, but also the number of establishment types by Post Town as well as, for example, the proportion of Holiday Parks for the distribution as a whole. A month-by-month stock level report will also be generated periodically so the customer will be alert to the need for more distribution, should the need arise.
