There are few people who do not know what a blog is these days, for those that do not, it is short for web log, basically an online diary. But blogs have become much more than that, providing useful information about myriads of subjects and areas.
Cornwall UK has a number of useful and informative blogs, the Cornwall Blog, for instance provides details on events and articles about this unique land. They feature photography from all around the county, along with a wide range of articles. If you have a photograph relating to Cornwall, then the editors would be pleased to add it to their next photo post.
A vibrant industry that has made Cornwall its home, is art and design. There are a very high percentage of creative practices in this county. Design Debate is a blog featuring thoughts on the developments in this field, while Pickle News is a blog featuring news from a Cornish design studio.
Blogging though, is almost completely out of date, probably why I have started using the medium myself, the next big (or possibly little) thing, is Twitter. The real question is, what will replace it?
